Helpdesk Technician

  • PT Contact (internet help desk), Telepac, Sapo, Meo, Jazztel.

 

2005 (July) - 2016 (June)

Video Producer, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Projects, Instructional Design

  • Working for Nova Etapa, a Training Company. Filming, editing, motion graphics, DVD authoring, multimedia producing for eLearning, developing pedagogical resources, videos, slides, and interactive games. Management and customization of eLearning platforms. Training coordenation tasks and also doing digital marketing.
     

2017 (November) - 2018 (March)
Tech Manager

  • Restart - Instituto de Criatividade, Artes e Novas Tecnologias, managing a team for audiovisuals and new technologies purposes. Responsible for the technical team of the creative institute, managing all the equipment, doing the maintenance, and providing technical setups for the entire classes, workshops, and events.
     

2018 (March) - 2019 (March)

eLearning Instructional Designer

  • Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses (Portuguese Psychologists' Association), developing multimedia content for eLearning. Responsible for the course production, communicating with subject matter experts (SMEs), and doing all the processes to full SCORM package with all the multimedia content, including a quiz for final evaluation.
     

2019 (March) - 2024 (February)

eLearning Media/Content Developer, Project Program Coordinator, Trainer.

  • Working for Voith, DRIVE project,  on the latest trends in digital learning, developing eLearning projects in the latest technologies (3D panorama learning journeys, SCORM, xAPI, video, and motion graphics, Gen AI), didactic transformation, technical implementation, and gamification. Management of the different contents, authors, and clients. Trainer. Team coordination.

 

2024 (February) - Current

Learning Partner at Beyond Gravity

  • Creating and providing training resources for employees to learn about new technologies and processes. Developing engaging learning content that meets employees' digital transformation learning needs and aligns with the organization's strategic goals. Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and always up-to-date with digital learning trends.

 

 

2026 (February) - Current

Learning Specialist at Beyond Gravity

  • As a Learning Specialist, I design and deliver impactful courses and training experiences for different areas of the company, including Human Resources, creating engaging learning experiences that help employees adopt new technologies and processes effectively. My focus is on creating engaging, learner-centered content that supports digital transformation and aligns with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include: Developing interactive e-learning modules and blended learning programs using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Creative Cloud, and Vyond. Managing and optimizing learning resources through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the SAP SuccessFactors LMS. Evaluating learning effectiveness and continuously improving programs based on data-driven insights. Staying ahead of digital learning trends to ensure innovative and future-ready solutions. This role builds on my previous experience as a Learning Partner and Instructional Designer, continuing my mission to create innovative learning solutions while expanding my impact across the organization.
